AM-PM is looking for motivated and qualified candidates for the following positions:

Medical Biller

Responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of reimbursement, cash flow and days in account receivable for assigned accounts on a monthly basis.

Acts proactively to identify changes that may impact Client’s account including cash flow, changes on payer allowances, etc.
Accurately posts and reviews posted payments, rejections and contractual allowances form Third Party Payers and Patients in a thorough and consistent manner
Handles inquiries and correspondence from patients, clients and insurance companies in a professional and timely manner

Medical Coder

Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and coding medical records with a high degree of accuracy (95%+) to ensure optimal reimbursement.

Proficient and thorough understanding of Medical Terminology with advance knowledge of medical codes
Ensure diagnostic and procedural codes and other documentation accurately reflect and support the visit and data complies with legal standards and guidelines
Responsible for maintaining knowledge of official coding conventions and rules established by AMA & CMS

Data Entry

Responsible for posting, updating and verifying the accuracy of demographics and charge data entered, in order to bill appropriate insurance carrier and/or patient in a thorough and consistent manner.
